Nickelback deny being fans of Nickelback in front of friends

Nickelback today announced they are not fans of the band Nickelback, when queried by journalists in front of close friends of the band.

“Oh, uh, nah…We don’t really listen to that kind of music, right guys?”, stuttered lead singer Chad Kroeger, whilst scratching the back of his head and looking nervously at his judgmental friends.

“Of course we don’t,” stated the band’s friend and apparent leader of the group, Rochelle Faux.

Wearing a V- neck shirt, a red cardigan, thick rimmed glasses and skinny jeans, Mr Faux seemed perturbed by the suggestion that any of his friends would listen to Nickelback.

“Do I look like a 14 year old Canadian tween? No like seriously that’s not a rhetorical question. That would be cool as shit to look like that. I bet nobody has done it before.”
